Oil Painting Classes Registration Form

You may register for individual beginner, intermediate and advanced classes or for group beginner classes. The student rate for the group classes (see CLASS OUTLINE) is discounted, so it would be economical for you to arrange for a friend or two or three (maximum four students/session) to join you. Please indicate on this form which class type you wish to attend.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
If you are registering on behalf of someone else, please indicate the recipient's name below, then fill in the rest of the form with your own information. (All fields on this form are required, so please give your best guess about the recipient's skill level, etc.)

Online registration of beginner class gift certificates is set up for individual sessions. If you wish to enroll your recipient into one of my group classes, you will need to CONTACT ME prior to filling out this form to confirm group session availability. If I can confirm a group spot for your recipient, return to this registration form through the CLASS OUTLINE page, fill in the form (include details of the group confirmation in the COMMENTS box below) then make your payment. Please be aware that gift certificates do not offer the "per session" payment option. Your payment will be either $140 for all five individual sessions or $100 for all five group sessions (if available), plus the one-time $35 materials fee. Gift certificate payments are not refundable so, without spoiling the surprise, it would be helpful if you could somehow make sure that your recipient was available for each of the classes on whichever day you choose. When I receive confirmation of your payment from PayPal, I will mail a gift certificate to you so that you can either mail it or personally present it to your recipient.
